Located in Waltham, MA on the Brandeis University campus, the Gersh & Sarah Lemberg Children's Center develops children, families, teachers, researchers, and ultimately the field of early childhood education in a warm family environment.
Lemberg Cloud is an online space for children and caregivers to take classes and access educational resources.
We offer full-time and part-time childcare to children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Openings vary each year depending on current families and children transitioning to kindergarten.
Our staff is a team of devoted and highly trained childcare experts. We offer training and education to teachers seeking mentoring, students in the Brandeis Education Program and consultation to schools and professionals who work with children.
Learn about early education training
Lemberg parents and staff believe that the study of children is important to advancing the field of early education. Research also has the potential to benefit our programs, whether directly or indirectly. Therefore, we entertain a limited number of research proposals each year.
Environmental education is essential for children and our community. At the Lemberg Children’s Center, we educate children to care about conservation, energy use, gardening, healthy eating, and the interdependence of all life.
